Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This is a draft pending review by legal counsel. It describes how AssignNet works today; the final text will replace it, and you will be asked to accept the new version where acceptance is required.
These terms apply to organisations that use AssignNet to evaluate medical AI (“Client”, “you”). Clinicians who grade cases on AssignNet accept separate evaluator terms when they apply.
1.What AssignNet provides
AssignNet (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), a service of ZetuTech LLC, provides clinician-graded evaluation of medical AI: human feedback data (RLHF), red-teaming and model calibration. Vetted clinical trainees grade cases against a clinical rubric with written reasoning, and licensed clinicians audit a share of every batch, settle disagreements and set known answers.
2.No patient data (de-identified data only)
AssignNet is an evaluation platform, not a healthcare provider, and does not accept protected health information. You warrant that no protected health information (PHI), personally identifiable information (PII) or real patient records will be submitted to AssignNet. Every prompt, AI answer and file you provide must be synthetic or de-identified before upload (for example under HIPAA Safe Harbor or an equivalent standard).
Uploads are screened for obvious identifiers, but you remain responsible for this warranty. We may refuse or delete any upload that appears to identify a patient, and may suspend access if this warranty is breached.
3.Delivery and acceptance
When a graded batch is delivered to your client portal, you have seven (7) calendar days to review it, including the agreement statistics and the evaluators' written reasoning, and to either approve it or ask for changes. If you take neither action within seven days, the batch is treated as approved and payment is released to the clinical evaluators who graded it. If you ask for changes, we will address them and deliver the batch again.
4.Ownership
You keep all rights in your AI models, the prompts and answers you submit, and the graded datasets we deliver to you. AssignNet keeps all rights in the platform, its grading and review methods, and aggregated, non-identifying quality statistics (such as agreement rates) that do not contain your data.
5.Confidentiality
Your data is used only to deliver your evaluation. Every evaluator agrees to confidentiality terms that prohibit copying, storing or sharing cases outside AssignNet. Evaluators see only the case currently assigned to them, and client portals are separated so that each organisation sees only its own batches.
6.Results are not medical advice
Grades and written reasoning are clinical opinions given to evaluate AI systems. They are not medical advice about any patient and must not be used to diagnose or treat anyone.
7.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, where acceptance is required, ask you to accept the new version in your client portal before you continue.
